I am a 10 year veteran of Internet marketing, and I recently purchased WP Affiliate Pro through Clickbank. I referred myself, so I did save a little, but had I known about WP Marketer last week I would have certainly gone this route right off.
I shall be installing the WP Marketer plugin though on my newest blog, http://PedalToTheMetalBlogging.com, and if is all as you state, refunding my purchase of your competitor, and using only your plugin on my blog farm (I have 12 blogs right now)
Guess I should be paying more attention to the WP Plugin Ralease section of my blog dashboard #:>)

We appreciate your compliments and hopefully you can get a refund. The main thing is your investment in time really; with 12 blogs once you start using one or the other of these Affiliate Marketing plugins you won’t want to switch to another one later so be sure you pick the one you like the most. Hopefully you’ll stick with WPMarketer for Free!

Can you pls compare also Ninja Affiliate Plugin with yours?
Could you post a video or tutorial on how to use this plugin? I don’t see any of the features described.
I’ve created two Top Level Categories. Now what do I do with them?
I turned Auto linking but my 125×125 ads are not cloaked. Should they be?
I just installed WPMarketer and it looks pretty much identical to WP-Affiliate, except with the extra link features. Is it the same codebase? are you related to WP-Affiliate?
This plugin is the best!
I do affiliate marketing many years already and I can tell you following:
If I will use “car” terminology, those WP plugins are just like bicycles comparing to e.g. Post Affiliate Pro, which is real comfortable and fast car.
There are also other affiliate softwares on market as PAP, and if you want to do real affiliate marketing, you will need something more as plugin in wordpress.
All good affiliate softwares integrate with wordpress smoothly, so I don’t see reason, why to use half solutions.
